Only in NL can a Legge marry a Butt from the arm and have the reception in the Gut. Hallmark movie producers are so fascinated by this “quaint” description, they decide to film  one of their Iconic romantic Christmas specials in scenic NL.  However, “The 12 Bays of Christmas” special presents a little more than they anticipated. With the Groom’s thick accent, the non traditional wedding party, and the not so romantic family dynamic, things go awry.

With filming deadlines looming, shooting of  “The 12 Bays of Christmas” begins and eventually there is a wedding, but not without  a few unexpected twists and turns.
