In April 2026, the family of our dear friend and local musician Kathy Stock and her husband Jason experienced the unimaginable loss of their 15 year old son, Preston, through a tragic accident.

Preston was an absolute light – kind, compassionate, funny, and full of joy – and we want to carry this joy forward. So, on June 21, 2026, musicians and friends of the Stock Family are coming together to host a memorial concert in Preston’s honour at Gower Street United Church. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the family to cover costs related to the loss of their child.

The concert will be hosted by Keith Power and will feature performances by friends of Kathy: Randy Matthews, Evan AuCoin, Southern Echoes, The Rev Dave Trio, and 2026 ECMA winner Kellie Loder.
