Three young scallywags and the local radio host conspire to lure a music superstar to Newfoundland! Of course, along the way they relive memories of concerts past! Featuring the music of Rod Stewart, Gordon Lightfoot, David Bowie, and a little homage to Barbie, of course!

Roma Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque – creamy tomato and pepper soup with hints of garlic and basil, topped with a swirl of coconut milk

Main
Chicken Dijonnaise – oven roasted chicken breast smothered in a dijon, white wine, garlic and mushroom cream sauce served with Atlantic mashed potatoes, turnip and carrots.

Dessert
Newfoundland Screech Cake – Spirit of Newfoundland’s signature dessert! Slices of moist bundt cake infused with Newfoundland Screech rum with hints of vanilla, soaked in rum glaze. Served with rum sauce and cream.
