Chicken Dijonnaise – oven roasted chicken breast smothered in a dijon, white wine, garlic and mushroom cream sauce served with Atlantic mashed potatoes, turnip and carrots.

Newfoundland Screech Cake – Spirit of Newfoundland’s signature dessert! Slices of moist bundt cake infused with Newfoundland Screech rum with hints of vanilla, soaked in rum glaze. Served with rum sauce and cream.
